How do I request a return or exchange?

To begin a return or exchange, simply email customerservice@trendiesty.com with:

Clear photos of the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
We’ll reply with the next steps and instructions tailored to your location.
Where’s my return slip?
We don’t include return forms inside packages.
Please email us at customerservice@trendiesty.com our team will assist you in starting the return or exchange process.
What’s your return policy?

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging

Returns should be sent to one of our designated warehouses in France, Morocco, or California, USA

Prepaid return labels are not provided (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

Our UK address is for administrative purposes only returns sent there will not be processed

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Important:
Damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items qualify for free returns, and a shipping label will be provided in such cases.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically issued within 1–3 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Received the wrong item?
We sincerely apologize!
Please contact customerservice@trendiesty.com and we’ll send the correct item right away no return fees for order errors.
Return Instructions:

Repack using the original packaging when possible

Remove or cover old shipping labels

Ship the parcel to the provided return address via your preferred courier

Customers outside the USA are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to damage, error, or the item not matching its description
