Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Trendiesty. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible.


14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With all tags attached 

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


🇺🇸 Free Returns for U.S. Customers

We now offer free returns within the United States.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label, and the package will be picked up directly from your address by our partnered carrier no need to drop it off.


International Returns

For customers outside the U.S., return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or not as described.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us immediately at customerservice@trendiesty.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.


Exchanges

We do offer exchanges for size, color, or style changes.

Please return the item first; once it’s received and inspected, your replacement item will be processed.

All customers (U.S. and international) are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For U.S. customers, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and arrange for the package to be picked up directly from your address. However, a service fee may apply for this pickup convenience.
  • For customers outside the U.S., the return must be shipped at your expense to one of our designated warehouse addresses. These will be provided after your return request is approved.

Please ensure all returned items are:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • With tags attached and original packaging included

  • Sent back with proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please email us at customerservice@trendiesty.com.

Unsolicited returns may not be accepted.
