When will my order arrive? Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days. Express shipping takes 5–8 business days. Orders are processed within 3–7 business days before dispatch.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

I haven't received my package, but tracking says delivered. Check with neighbours, family members, or your building manager, parcels are sometimes left in a safe spot or accepted on your behalf. Contact us if you still can't locate it, and we'll send you proof of delivery.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days, is that normal? Yes, tracking updates can lag by a few days. If there's been no update for more than 5 days, reach out to our support team.
