Returns, Cancellation & Refund
We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the entire order amount for damaged, wrong items and not as-described products.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please check our return policy.
NOTE:
The return fees are on buyers and they are not refundable.(Damaged products case, Wrong Product case and not-as-descrived items are Excluded)
If your order has not been purchased via www.trendiesty.com the return policy applied of the shop where you did purchase the product.

Cancellation
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@trendiesty.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, your replacement item will be sent once your return is received and inspected.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
