Shipping policy
Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, our processing team begins the preparation of your order.
Processing Time:
Theoretically, we need 3-7 business days to prepare your order. However, the product is usually ready to ship within 5 days.
Please note that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which does not include weekends.
Shipping Time:
We offer several shipping options to ensure that our customers receive their orders promptly and efficiently.
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
We provide tracking information for all orders, allowing customers to monitor the status of their shipments and estimated delivery dates.
Shipping Carriers:
Our Products are shipped from various locations depending on your location and product availability. We have warehouses in Hong Kong, London, and Marrakech to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
For standard shipping, we typically use Cainiao, a global logistics company that handles the shipment from Hong Kong to the United States. Once the package arrives in the United States, USPS takes over to finalize the delivery process.

2-Universal Tracking Websites: Alternatively, you can use universal tracking websites such as ParcelsApp to get updates on your shipment's status.

Tracking Status:
Please note that until your package reaches the United States and is handed over to USPS, the tracking status may show as "label created" or similar messages. This does not mean that your package is not moving; it is simply in transit with Cainiao and has not yet reached USPS for local delivery. To track it you may use the options above.
Refunds, Returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the entire order amount. Please note that the return fees are on buyers except for damaged, wrong items and not as-described products.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please check our return policy.
